Very helpful and friendly staff. Convenient to University. Complimentary Wireless Internet available in rooms. Real nice breakfast buffet each morning.

Not very close to Main train station, however it is close to the West station which has frequent trains heading to Main station. No air conditioning which was okay most days, but there were a couple days in the high 80s.

No proper parking. "Non-smoking Room" smelled strongly of smoke and was supplied with an ash tray. Shabby furniture. Room dirty. Holes in bedding. Stains on carpet. Left before breakfast.

Very nice staff, easy walking distance to town center. The beds were good.

Very small bathroom, smoke filled hallways (due to fire doors, guests smoke in the hallways and they never clear).

Clean, simple, wide and comfortable bed. It was easy walk into the centre of Aachen and very convenient for the University. There is no allocated parking but we always found free parking immediately outside the hotel.

Crowded (fully booked when I was in), tiny rooms, corridors and lifts, during my stay the shower in my room was broken and there was noone to fix it

Great location, walking distance to the city center, the rwth, and the train station (Aachen West). Breakfast food and service was very good. Staff is friendly.

I think the hotel is still a bit overpriced, given the lack of in room amenities (no coffee, no hair drier, old tv).
